Textual analysis. MEMORIES.

The music goes really well with the video. The song is a "remix" which makes it really fast and is able to have loads of different camera shots.
Right at the begginning when the music starts with the beats, there a mid shot od David(the DJ) which shows one of the main characters of the video. Then there's Kid Cudi(black person) following the beats with his hands, the sound goes at the perfetc timing with the movement and camera shots. There are mid shots of different things to show the enviroment the video was filmed in. Very high key lighting because half of the song is filmed during the day  and otuside like if they were normal people, thats why they are wearing cassual clothes. They go into an elevator and some mid shots happen there, which show what they're wearing and pretends liek if they were going someowehere else.  The video is all about a girl dressed with normal casual clothes, she is really pretty but she doesnt look too wealthy. She is a hair dresser and he goes see her which really distracts her. The song hsa perfect timing with the movement and they are "mothing" the lyrics.
Like said, half of the video was filmen in the dark, which is in a club and that makes it have very low key lighting and colour washes such as pink and then blue. Over the shoulder shots are taken to let see the whole club and the enviroment. The club doesnt look like a club with wealthy people.
