Rain over me is a Hip-Hop song which includes a hint of Latino music.
Hip-Hop music was found in New York in the 70's. Hiphop music normally includes Latino bits in its songs which has happened in this particular one.
It revolved in a culture of protest and freedom.
In a Hip-Hop video there's often a "dirty" scene of a boy and a girl which isn't actually dirty but something to do with sexuality. In this case, it's when Pitbull says "I WAS PLAYING WITH HER AND SHE WAS PLAYING WITH ME", and you see him dancing with different girls. I am going to include a scene similar to that one.
